Why in the world did Queiroz remove Almeida in the second half? Portugal could not attack at all! They wasted Ronaldo's potential cause he was not offered a single decent ball to attack the Spanish defence. It was a really poor tactical display from Portugal. Just because of that, Spain deserves to be through.

Bafana Bafana fans should not give up hope! We should lift our spirits and still show our full support to our boys, who have come a long way and improved in many areas of their game. We have to understand that this is a learning curve for our boys, many of whom are not experienced at playing at this level. Uruguay are an amazing team, who are former World Cup champs and they currently have players who are very experienced and are able to hold their nerve at this level, so it comes as no surprise that they were able to dominate against our boys in the manner that they have and they will probably continue doing so against other opposition as well. Our boys have done their best so far and will probably go all out against France on Tuesday! We need to rise up like a Phoenix from the ashes and support our boys with all we have, as they will be giving their all against France. As a supporters, I would like to wish BAFANA BAFANA and coach Alberto Parreira all the best for their game against France on the 22nd June. We will be there watching in the stadium, in the fan parks and on television...we will be chanting, singing and blowing our Vuvuzelas...showing our support for you all the way. You have what it takes - now go out there and SHOW DEM! We love you Bafana Bafana! From a huge fan - Eugene Harris
